STAR PLAST SD-260 is water-reducer and retarding admixture with a unique formulation. This special formulation designed specifically for the use with hydraulic binders.
STAR PLAST SD-260 has a strong dispersant action with the finer elements of concrete. This formulation enables STAR PLAST SD-260 to enhance the concrete workability and its mechanical strength properties. STAR PLAST SD-260 does not contain calcium chloride or any other intentionally added chlorides and will not initiate or contribute to corrosion on steel reinforcement present in the concrete.

STAR PLAST SD-260 is recommended as an effective Super plasticizer for promoting high quality concrete properties, Such as:

STAR PLAST SD-260 meets the requirements for
ASTM C-494 Types D
The recommended dosage of STAR PLAST SD-260 is 0.5 to 2 KG per 100 kg of cementitious materials in the mix, including GGBFS, PFA or microsilica. Representative trials should be conducted to determine the optimum dosage of STAR PLAST SD-260 to meet the performance requirements by using the materials and conditions in actual use
